Though Bwindi is the leading gorilla trekking destination, there is more to this destination beyond gorilla trekking.

A nature walk in this UNESCO Heritage site is one of the most recommended activities to do during your Uganda road trip. In case you can afford gorilla trekking, it is something you should consider, but even if you cannot afford gorilla trekking, visiting Bwindi should be part of your to-do list during your Uganda road trip.
